Every carrier plan includes your public profile, weekly availability board, visibility controls, freight-record intake, and a place to add outside-score and operational context. Higher tiers add dedicated intake, priority processing, and API / agent access. Pricing is based on fleet size — not how many records you forward.

No per-load metering. Each plan includes normal weekly processing of rate confirmations, CSV/XLSX rows, and supporting documents for carriers of that fleet size. Initial history import is included. Very large backfills or unusually high processing volume may require a higher plan or a one-time import fee.
Source documents strengthen your profile. CSV/XLSX imports are accepted for bulk history. Additional matching freight records and broker data exports — when available — may strengthen the source and context labels on profile activity.

CarrierCreds is building a carrier-controlled operational history network for freight. Early broker and shipper participation helps more carriers discover, claim, and build their CarrierCreds profiles.
Approved early broker partners may qualify for discounted pricing by helping CarrierCreds invite carriers already operating within their network.
Early participation does not require full TMS exports.
Broker partners can start with a limited carrier invite file containing only basic carrier identity and contact information, such as:
- Carrier legal name
- DOT / MC number
- Carrier email or phone, if available
- Equipment type, if available
- General operating region, if available
CarrierCreds uses this information only to invite carriers to claim and build their CarrierCreds profiles, subject to the broker partner agreement.
As trust and participation grow, approved broker partners may optionally provide scheduled non-financial broker activity exports to support activity matching and workflow integrations.

Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months of access at a 2-month savings. If canceled during the year, access continues through the paid term unless the account violates CarrierCreds terms.
