FAQ
Questions carriers ask before they subscribe.
Up front answers to your most frequent questions.
01
Who are you?
CarrierCreds helps carriers present their operating history, planned capacity, and professional context to brokers and shippers through a profile they control.
02
Is this another scoring site?
No. CarrierCreds does not score, rank, approve, certify, or reject carriers. CarrierCreds presents carrier-provided context, public information where available, and structured operating history so brokers and shippers can review the information for themselves.
03
Who sees my profile?
Your public profile can be found by brokers and shippers. You control what details are public, what stays private, and what requires approval.
04
What do I get with my subscription?
You get a public carrier profile brokers and shippers can find, recent work-history summaries, preferred-lane and backhaul publishing, a weekly planned-capacity board, and a professional place to explain outside scores, safety concerns, insurance changes, or incomplete third-party information.
05
Do you sell my data?
No. CarrierCreds does not sell carrier lists or resell your private data. Your information is used to build and maintain your profile, with the visibility settings you choose.
06
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $39/month for 1–4 truck carriers. Larger fleet plans are based on fleet size. See pricing for all tiers.
07
Can I cancel?
Monthly subscribers can cancel any time. Annual subscribers keep access through the paid annual term.
08
Do I have to enter every load manually?
No. You can forward rate confirmations and freight records you already have. CarrierCreds reads them and builds your profile for your approval.
09
Will CarrierCreds fight my negative score?
No. CarrierCreds does not remove, dispute, or fight outside scores. It gives you a professional place to show recent work history and explain your side of the story.
10
Can I respond to safety-related concerns?
Yes. CarrierCreds gives carriers a professional place to provide context for CSA concerns, inspection trends, corrective actions, insurance changes, or other outside flags. CarrierCreds does not certify safety or approve carriers.
11
Does CarrierCreds replace broker vetting tools?
No. CarrierCreds works beside broker and shipper vetting tools. It adds operating history and carrier-provided context that can be reviewed alongside existing carrier-selection workflows.
12
Do you store my forwarded rate confirmations and freight documents?
CarrierCreds uses forwarded freight records to extract operating history and profile information. CarrierCreds is not a document vault and does not publicly publish raw forwarded documents, rates, margins, settlements, or customer pricing.
